1. MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (SPECIALITY FILLERS)

Skill Set Required- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills besides capacity to interact with International & Domestic Partners.

Product Skills In- SpecialityFillers, dispersing agents, waxes, wetting agents, Carbon Black, Titanium dioxide Tio2, Additives UV antistatic, Anti- oxidants Stabilizers.

Experience Required- 6-8 years Marketing and Distribution of Carbon Black, Plastic Additives , Polymers , Compounds & Masterbatches

Qualification Required- CIPET /B.Tech/B.E Polymers, Plastics, Chemical

Job Description-

  • Research and identify new business opportunities-including new markets, growth areas 
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses & products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
  • Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to the HOD/ Directors
  • Travel Pan India
  • Meet sales targets & Collections

 

Candidates preferred from Carbon Black/Pigment/ Plastic Additive Marketing

Salary Commensurate with Experience & BD Skills

Experience required- 7-10 years in business development of TPE/TPV

Qualification required- CIPET /B.Tech/B.E Polymers, Plastics, Chemical

Job Description-
