Improved thickness tolerances in extrusion blow molding

Extrusion blow molding is becoming more complex and demanding due to increasing requirements and the increasing use of recyclates. With static mixers from Promix, the melt is additionally homogenized. This leads to an optimum wall thickness distribution in the parison and thus also in the finished article. Due to the additional mixing of the melt, the proportion of recyclate and regrind can be increased and the proportion of color masterbatch reduced.
